Purpose: NA-ACCORD is recognized as the largest source of longitudinal data among those who have successfully linked into HIV care in the United States and Canada. The Fast Track CS (FTCS) process enables timely access to NA-ACCORD aggregated data and mathematical functions. Timely access to aggregated NA-ACCORD data, such as known HIV indicators, can be used to inform local, state, federal, and international policies and programs. It can also be used to inform computer models as input parameters or mathematical functions; these data can be used to update older data or to expand the capabilities of the model.
